Terms of Service

FlowerPower is a Chrome extension and web app for saving your own notes about people you meet, attached to their LinkedIn profile URL, and for finding those notes again. It is operated by the FlowerPower owner ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

You need an account to use FlowerPower. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what you save; the notes you write about other people are yours, and you must have the right to keep them.

FlowerPower is a paid subscription with a free trial. The current price and trial length are shown on the Account page before you subscribe. The trial starts when you save your first contact and needs no payment details. Billing starts only when you choose to subscribe. If the trial ends and you haven't subscribed, you can still open and export everything you saved, but you can't add or edit until you do.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you already paid for; you keep full access until then.

Payments are handled by our payment provider. Refunds follow the provider's policy and applicable consumer law. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us and we'll sort it out.

FlowerPower never scrapes, changes or automates LinkedIn, and you may not use it to try. On a LinkedIn page it reads only the tab's address and, if you turn on the people list in the side panel, the profile links on the page while the panel is open beside that tab; those links are compared on your device and are not collected. Use of LinkedIn itself is governed by LinkedIn's own terms. Don't use FlowerPower to store unlawful content or to harass anyone, and don't try to access other users' data.

Your notes belong to you. We store them only to provide the service, never sell them, never show ads, and never use them to train AI models. You can export everything and delete your account at any time. Details are in the privacy policy.

You can delete your account whenever you like; that removes your data immediately. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, after telling you why when we reasonably can.

FlowerPower is provided as is. We work to keep it available and correct, but we can't promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. We may update these terms; when we do, the date at the top changes and material changes are announced in the app.
